No, and it probably won't be confirmed until someone serious about it gets the game when they're officially released. The "leaker" who stated that came from Smogon, and he refused to post screenshots.

I've heard two people say it so far, although both are from Smogon and neither gave evidence.

Tbh it'd have to be video evidence rather than screenshots anyway.
