Doesn't it also get buffed Def/Sp.Def?
I'm pretty sure with Swords Dance you have max Atk. on the first turn with this. Iron Head + a Physical Fairy STAB will make an amazing sweeper. What would make a good 4th move though?

If you can only have one mega, you'll still be giving up something that is probably retardedly broken such as Mega Garchomp. It might be usable in the lower tiers, but it really needed to be a normal evolution.

Huge Power doesn't double the base Atk stat. It doubles the actual stat.

So a beneficial nature Mawile with perfect IVs and EVs has a total attack stat of 295.

Double that and you have 590 attack.
What's it's base stat now?
