I know that HP:Ice is common for Jolteon (as you said), Alakazam, Heatran, Keldeo, Thundurus-T, and Rotom-W, and that HP:Fire is common on Latios, Celebi, Espeon, Magnezone, Venusaur, Latias, and Kyurem-B. And I also know that those Pokemon can be common as fuck, but you got to remember that Scizor, Ferrothorn, Dragonite, Gliscor, Landorus-T, Salamence, Garchomp, and Forretress are even more common and powerful in their own ways.
