I'm pretty sure the dex entry is exaggerating.

Well don't forget, Xerneas represents life itself, So when Yveltal dies and consumes the life force of all things, Xerneas awakens to restore it all, this way Yveltal can still be reborn and everyone is able to go on living

All it would do is piss off the Creation Trio and Arceus. Yveltal and its abilities only exist within the framework of reality they established, and if they don't want him to kill everything then all they have to do is tweak the laws and revoke his power.

Of course. Pretty much no one knows about these facts though, which is for the best. When Cyrus knew part of the story and planned accordingly, the universe was nearly destroyed. He was the only one who ever truly threatened the Pokemon world.

Something more likely would be:

180 SAtk
120 SDef
160 Speed

Ability would let you pick two types for Arceus.
