Pick a culture.
Take names from said culture's mythology.
When you run out, pick another culture.
That should be well over enough to cover 600+ names.

Or, if you really need to name them all, get a notepad and write down a bunch of names ahead of time. Then when you catch something, just choose a name. The easiest names to use are just ones from your favorite franchises.

Female Vivillion? Vivien.
Female Meowth? Catherine
Male Cubone? Martin (assuming you're going to evolve it to Marowak)

Basically, what I do whenever I can't think up any decent nickname.
