All the places in Winnipeg are big chain stores that won't release it early. The only local-owned gameshop I can think of that would have it is doing a midnight release, so no chance of it going early.

Keep in mind that your Eshop credit is tied to the country you choose. The system makes a different Eshop account for each country, so your game will be tied to your Finland account if you do this. Keep that in mind.
