Is this guy gonna be useful at all?!! I love the idea of a fairy/electric on my team...but he doesn't evolve, and his appearance means he's awful right?

Are all non-evolving non-legendries crap?

No. I've successfully used a few before. I mean there are some that are shitty but then again there's shitty evolving ones too. Last one I recall specifically was a pretty badass sigilyph I used in gen 5

Carbink and Klefki don't evolve either and their duel type fairy... Any of these guys good?

I know that one of the Elite 4 uses a Klefki.

Carbink is the new Shuckle, but I haven't seen Klefki's stats. I have a feeling they're mediocre at best.

Carbink supposedly rivals shuckle's defenses, and Klefki's typing is highly relevant. They still won't see much use on principle, but I wouldn't say they're bad at all.

Off the top of my head Tauros, Heracross and Zangoose are all fairly decent and don't evolve

Carbink defenses are waaaay lower than Shuckle's (~150/150 vs 230/230) and the HP is equally pitiful.

The HP/Attack/Defense stats are meh, but 85 Special Attack and 100 speed are more than adequate at least for in-game use.

Depending on his movepool it'd be a solid UU pick.

Dendenne has more health, sp atk and sp def and only a tiny bit behind in speed. But then a Ground immunity and Motordrive does help out Emolga's case, on the other hand Fairy type should be pretty darn useful for Dendenne.

Nah 100 base speed is good. 85 SpAtk, while lackluster, isn't terrible. He could see some use depending on movepool/ability. He's rather frail though.
