I'm sure Xerneas will be Uber, it's the only Fairy who stands a chance in Ubers, and it'll probably be the best Dragon check in the Metagame. Of course, this is all speculation, nothing ever turns out the way people predict once the metagame starts.

Two-turn moves are generally terrible though because they give a free turn to set up. It's even worse here because you don't even attack. At least Giratina has a guaranteed hit with Shadow Force.

Are you retarded? It is even more op than possible. Power herb means you get a +2sp a, sp d, and speed xerneas after 1 boost. +2 sp def means xerneas can shrug off a kyogre rain surf. and +2speed pretty much outspeeds every other pokemon in ubers while having incredible bulk. and power.
