3DS XL. Screens are so much larger and more detailed, and the size is just right. A little pixelated because of the size of the screen, so if that bothers you just go with the regular 3DS. Don't get the 2ds for any reason whatsoever.

I'd go for XL, provided you can find it for that price, depending on where you live getting one for 200€ might be a bit iffy.

You can scale the 3D down, or even turn it all the way off, if it bothers you. When I'm playing Animal Crossing I'll sometimes have it on for 5-10 minutes then just turn it off when it gets annoying. Can always turn it back on if you want to see something cool in 3D.

This. I did the same and the screen on the XL is so much easier on my eyes and the 3D looks a lot better than on the 3DS in my opinion. (Though I rarely use it anyway but if you do, the more you know.)

If it's anything other than a 2ds, make sure to pick up some screen protectors. The 3ds' have a nasty habit of scratching its own top screen and you don't want that shit to happen.

Pic related, it's caused by the edges around the bottom screen after a while.

On mine the start select home buttons are raised slightly above the border of the bottom screen, so that's what it rests on rather than that jaggedy border. Doesn't look like that would happen to it
On that note, I bought my XL about a month ago and it's my new baby. I love it.

You can turn it off. There's a switch on the side of the 3DS.

The 2DS is basically a 3DS without the 3D function at all.

Honestly the 3D is pretty great , but that's just my opinion.
Pokemon will not take full advantage of the 3D so keep that in mind
