I saw countless posts of some infamous store in the UK being rumored to sell it early. I can't recall where exactly, you'll need to ask fellow UKfags for that.

The Playerone shops are releasing the game right now, here in Belgium. I know they're implemented in both Flemish and Walloon Belgium, dunno if they're in Netherlands, though. Good luck.

Hoping for one of the toy store chains in town (Bart Smit, Intertoys, Top 1 Toys) to get real dumb and throw it onto the shelves. If I didn't have college later today, I'd go check right now.

Nedgame usually gets 3DS games in early, but have recently stopped selling them before the street date.

No street date breaking here atm, called all the known shops as well, Media Markt en Bart smit are under Embargo. You can thank the rest of the street breaking countries for that.
