If you get first class delivery, which 90% of the time takes one day, they wouldn't need to dispatch it til tomorrow.

I've pre-ordered many things from Amazon UK in the past, including Pokemon games, and they've been dispatched the previous day and arrived on the release date, even though it was a Saturday. That includes Black 2 last year. So the chances are it'll be the same this time. Just be patient.

I gave up on Amazon for pre-orders years ago, they're terrible at getting things delivered on time for pre-orders even with prime.

Not to rub it in mind but I ordered Y from shopto.net this morning and its already been despatched. With a photo of the package and everything. If Amazon doesn't deliver on time, heed my warning and go to shopto instead :-P

Big powerhouse retailers like Amazon have no obligation to get the games to you early, they'll remain a succesful business whether this piss customers off or not.

Smaller online retailers know the only reason they get pre-orders is because they send the games early, in fact it's pretty much their business model.

The latest an Amazon delivery has been for me was late afternoon on release day. I've had a few games come a couple of days early (Bayonetta came 2 days early in heavy snowstorms)
