It represents neither you idiot. Its balance, it keeps Chaos and order in check and monitors them. If there's too much order, it allows chaos to be unleashed and if there's too much chaos, it allows order to be unleashed. The two must never be unbalanced as long as it lives.
Did you ever notice its typing? Dragon/Ground. Dragon can't affect the pansy deer and ground can't affect the Flying bacon. The final balance is its ability which cancels out the other two faggots "aura" abilities. So in the end they're on equal footing or as said...balanced.

It's the Order Pokémon, itself, so no. Xerneas and Yveltal are both Chaos, just that one is dynamic, creative chaos and the the other is entropic, destructive chaos. Zygarde is the one that maintains order, preserving the continuation of the ecosystem.

Now you're the one implying stuff. Chaos doesn't mean anything has to be crazy or edgy, it just means it doesn't conform to patterns. The existence of Zygarde itself says that Xerneas and Yveltal's powers can get out of hand if left alone, hence them being chaotic.
