Maybe I just missed it, but is that it?
No Black City / White Forest?
Anything else? Exclusive pokemon barely matter, you can always trade. I'm more interested in differences like locations.
Please tell me about them.

Story differs greatly.

In X, Team Flare are Nazis who want to use the legendary's power to become immortal and rule the world as ubermensch.

In Y, Team Flare are edgy macedge anarchists who want to use the legendary's power to kill all life on the planet except themselves and then rebuild the world how they see fit.

Nope. Pokemon games never had major differences other than exclusive Pokemon.
In fact Ruby and Sapphire are the only ones with "major" difference in storyline, which is repeated here.
Only Black and White had exclusive City/Forest location, in Black 2 and White 2 you can switch between them at any time.

Generally this is the first ones since Ruby and Sapphire to actually have a major difference (story).

I personally am still on edge between buying X now or waiting for possible Z which will have stories of both X and Y (much like Emerald had stories of both Ruby and Sapphire)
