white kyurem?
a large dragon that stands on two feet that has for ears on one side a longish tuft of fur and another ear that looks like glass at the same length with a yellow thing separating them along with two small icy looking thins that are on his chin and two small teeth right under his eyes, he then has a neck about the same height as his head with a line coming down the neck to his chest with a tuft of fur on it. his shoulders aren't very built but they have shoulder guards again looking like the ice but with two crystals on the flat back facing away from him, his upper arm has a small little bracelet and his lower arm on one side has a long tuft of fur, that could pass for a wing, and has a smaller hand with three spikes on it, the other arm is similar but a bit more ice on the upper arm and a guantllet esque ice thing with another ice thing, a bit shorter than the wing on the other arm. after that the legs jut from the side a bit like a velociraptor or something, on his upper leg down the middle on both sides he has a sharp looking thing that goes just past his knees, on each foot he has three toes, but the middle one a sharp big one, going down from the foot but then curving quicly upward, and only like half a foot from the axe coming off his upper leg, now the tail comes out, it's not very long, just about a foot from the legs but goes out like a cup with three trisymmetrical sharper edges that jut out, as well as a pattern at the back going white line circle white line circle, now coming out of the tale is a large amount of white fur with four big tufts near the start until ending in a small rough tip.
