I think I like Omastar, Archeops and Cradily better than it, but I've been using it in OU lately and it's real good.
Can't take hits for shit, has low speed and doesn't hit as hard as you'd want, not to mention it lacks the typing and moves to break walls and OHKO shit. But it has a niche and it can work out the best of it and excell in the tier.
