Despite Fight/Ground having the best SE coverage at 5 types, Rock is only behind by 1, tied with Ice, at hitting 4 types for SE.

Unlike the other types, however, there are no Pokemon immune to Rock and there are less types that resist it than are weak to it.

There is a reason why both Fight/Ground Pokemon almost always have Rock (or Dark in the case of Fight) coverage.

Nah, it'd just make him shift type to whatever would give it STAB or whatever would be most super effective should Judgement be used. It would also shift him to the best possible resistance to enemy attacks.

Doesn't Greninja have an ability that switches it's type to whatever move it uses? Or was that fake?
If so, that could potentially be STAB-everything if it takes effect before the move is used

We've had ??? type before. It was the type for Curse before Gen 5 retconned it into Ghost. It was also the type for Weather Ball when used under the Shadow Sky field effect.

We're talking about Mega Arceus here. In all honestly the thing would just be a method for Arceus to show its true power. I don't it's going to bother paying lip service to the HP limitation normal Pokemon have.
