All GAME UK stores were told to put up promos for the game being released today, and then were told that not to sell the game, and then were told an hour afterwards to sell it. I can confirm this because I was refused sale of my preorders at 9am and was rang and asked to come back in store and pick them up at 10am.
And I talked to the staff there to see what was up.
