I was half done White but I went to prison. I got out a few days ago and want to pick up but I don't remember where to go.

I thought they implemented a "reminder" feature: when you load your game it tells you what you did last and what to do next? I last saved in Clay's gym after beating him but I don't remember where to go now.

Also: is average level 30 good for this point in the game? My team is:

- Smugleaf's evolution
- Flaafy
- Gigalith
- 2nd stage bird pokemon (Staravia?)
- Charmeleon
- blue turtle I named Franklin
