I don't really care.
I mean I've always liked Dragonite a lot.
Tyranitar, Metagross, and Salemence have been good to me.
The other two are cool too.

Goodra, I don't know what to say.

But I'm still having Dragonite on my team regardless

I love Metagross, but I never liked the idea of pseudos stat-wise. Maybe this'll mean less OU: The Team: The Experience.

Most of the pokemon on that list already have a lot of things that they are weak to move wise, Fairy will be T-Tar's 7th weakness, compared to his fighting and steel weaknesses that have common priority moves associated with them.

The dragon's have also are really weak to Ice Beam, so they've never been the best typing defensively, yet they are still used because of their great movepools, and baste stat total.

I'm not sure if their use in the meta will drastically change or not, but since all of these pokemon have counters and continue to show up in the meta, I'm really not convinced Fairy types will change anything drastically, specifically with the abundance of steel types out there.

No. And if it is interrupred in the same turn it would have ended, confusion will still take place. So really, you either:
-Get predicted like a bitch and Outrage right into a fairy, but you're fine since it doesn't confuse you
-Outrage a thing then the opponent swtches in a fairy next turn. 50/50 chance you'll get confused.
-Outrage twice then a fairy switches in. You do no damage to the fairy then get confused.

assuming clefable is turning into fairy, and implying his magic guard one can put it back into OU very easily, I mean, clafable is very versatile and fairy typing gives a nice set of advantages linked to normal type.
For instance:
>the life orb and the neutrality to fighting (due the fairy type+normal type);
>the 2 immunities (ghost+dragon);
>the immunities to entry hazards and life orb damage (due magic guard);
>possible immunity to status (if rolling a flame/toxic orb).
