Am I the only one feeling seriously disgusted at the moment? When GF first announced Mega Evolutions, I thought the initially revealed Megas looked cool. Then the Kanto starter megas got revealed - Charizard Y was awesome and Blastoise wasn't bad, but damn what did they do to Venusaur?

I hadn't lost total faith yet, so I kept hoping to see more of my bros get Mega Evolutions. Charizard X happens; I'm not very impressed. TBH, I wanted the Mega Evolution to at least SOMEWHAT resemble its predecessor, and Charizard X was off that mark by a bit. It was only a short time after X/Y got an early release in a few areas when we would find out about Gardevoir, Aerodactyl, and a few others and now we're sitting here in the final hours of 10/11 and we get bombshells like Banette (which isn't that bad), but also Medicham and Alakazam which are just fucking awful.

Is anybody else disappointed?
