That'll give it a move stronger than Megahorn that can effectively never be PP stalled, that also breaks subs and has higher average damage due to each hit having its own proc chance for crit.
Possibly Arm Thrust too if they buff it.
I want them to buff it for all the other users (notably Hariyama) since Heracoss never had an issue with movepool anyways.
