They're trying to cash in on nostalgia by recreating the horrid monstrosity that was gen 1 mewtwo. Every mega we've seen so far is either a shit pokemon that will continue to be shit or an already good pokemon that becomes flat out retarded. I'm aware that competitive balance isn't exactly their first priority but some the fuck on.
