I would appreciate if someone could help me with two things:

1. I've noticed people saying they've had trouble evolving Eevee into Sylveon even with everything maxed out in Amie. Is there a definitive way to evolve it?
2. Can you catch Exeggcute? I know you can find wild Exeggutor, so I'm wondering if Exeggcute is only in the dex because it's the pre-evo.

I swear I saw it be fairy/grass or jsut pure fairy, when did this happen sorry for my miss in foment I haven't payed too much attention to it. plus I promissed myself I'd use it when its first evo was announced even tho I hated it at first, it slowly grew on me.

Ralts is Fairy and gets a mega. Espurr has ridiculous stats at 11 (stronger sp Atk and better speed than Ralts at 14), but I get the feeling everyone and their mother is gonna use it.
