Mega evolutions are basically temporary formes, so a mega evolution on top of formes would be OP and stupid, not to mention that giving on pokemon 4 mega evos whilst ignoring pokemon that need them is ridiculous.

Op here, I meant that you would use Megastones to change its form from Normal Deoxys to Attack Deoxys, Defense Deoxys, or Speed Deoxys. Not giving all of those their own megas.
