I always thought when the nurses say "we look forward to seeing you again" was morbid. Isn't the goal not to get your monsters severely injured?

I believe she meant it as in, We hope you come back to help heal your Pokemon when they get injured instead of leaving them near death.

But people took it the wrong way and so they changed it.
