There are at least two good Electric-types in OU, though. Rotom-W is great and Thundurus-T is a pretty cool dude as well. Jolteon is somewhat more questionable, and Magnezone is sorta irrelevant to the comparison since it resists Dragon as well.
Of the new Electric types, one is shit and the other one's Heliolisk, which might be decent but that Mach Punch weakness isn't encouraging.
Meanwhile I'd expect anywhere from 3-6 Fairies in Gen VI OU, as well as Aegislash for who knows how long. Other Steels might rise as well, depending on Megaggron's Special bulk...
In the end, Flying is probably going to surpass Dragon as an Offensive type, at least in OU.
