Design wise I actually love all the pikaclones.
But damn it they sure make them suck. No evolutions whatsoever, bad stats, barely interesting movesets.
At least pikachu could evolve into raichu and had a later got a pre evolution and has some support items and nice moves.

At least Emolga and Dedenne have interesting typings. And Marill got an evo and prevo.

I might have to power level and deal with Dedenne's shitty stats on my second run, because its cute enough not to be left in the box every time.

I caught one an hour ago. Route 11 (a bit after the second gym.)
The encounter rate is probably rare, I spend like 20 minutes in the grass finding one.

I'm not really good at stats analyzing, but it seems like it has good Sp.Atk/Sp.Def and very good speed.

His ability sucks though.
