While MegaMawile will still be pretty good, it's probably not OU material. It's just got too little HP to really take all of the powerful special attacks flying around. Not to mention that OU will be more powerful than even Gen 5's! And Mawile has to watch out for everybody's favorite Steel fucker...

252+ SpA Choice Specs Magnezone Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD (custom): 262-310 (86.18 - 101.97%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO

At least in whatever lower tier it goes to (it's not going to be NU), it'll be greatly appreciated, since Steel/Fairy is such a good typing.

My biggest question is, once this thing gets an SD off, what's going to counter it? With a move set of Iron Head, Sucker Punch, Ice Punch, SD, nothing in the game can switching into it without being 2HKOd. It pretty much becomes pure prediction in order to counter it.

What are the strongest megas so far?

Mewtwos need not apply (I heard Megamewtwo X is pretty bad)

I don't know shit about megas. I heard Mega gengar is ghost psychic and has shadow tag but that's it.

OK, so it gets that SD. But while it does, you get a free switch to anything on your team that can give it trouble. Sableye immediately comes to mind, burning poor Mawile. Heracross can likely take a Sucker Punch and can land a solid hit in, Cobalion's Justified means that Mawile won't be able to Sucker Punch without serious consequences, Empoleon threatens a burn and outspeeds, and if Zapdos can take the Sucker Punch, Heat Wave just melts poor Mawile. Those are just a few examples of some things that can really pose a problem to her.
