I'm still kinda chafed about mega evolutions. They make sense for Pokemon who already have a 3rd form but for Pokemon like Heracross where they could have just given them a normal evo? I just don't see the point.
Unless this is Gamefreaks way of getting all the old Pokemon out of the way so they can focus on making more original Pokemon instead of just filling the dex with evos and prevos of old ones but it still just seems weird. I'd rather just have permanent Pokemon instead.
Thoughts?
