Yep it FPS lags for me too with the 3D off (heck even if it's on there is no 3D things on the screen when it lags) but only for about a second or two when changing routes/zones or when there is a change in angle during a battle.

Lags in certain camera angles when battling with 3D on, without it it's fine.
