How many of you guys are using Wonder Trade? Getting a lot of Japanese Pokemon by putting up some starters I bred for people. Nothing special yet, mostly box fodder, but I still have 3 squirtles I'm sending out right now. Not expecting anything cool, just find it a nice way to get foreign Pokemon without using Global AIDS Center.

I got a korean butterfree. I thought it was japanese but it has a "KOR" icon next to it. pretty cool that they tell you the language/location of your pokemon. I have no idea what his name is, but he's badass.

GTS is kinda decent, although there are waaaay too many requests for bulbasaur/squirtle/charmander.

Either way, I don't think it matters what you send to get the random poke from the other player?

I'm sending out semi-useful ones at least, the feature is a lot of fun.

This is a pretty fun feature. I got a shiny Weedle in exchange for a level 10 Illumise. Felt slightly bad about it, but I'm still not even up to the second Gym yet.

That's actually a really good thing for me. I can keep the megastone and give up my Kanto starter for now (it was going in the box anyway, and I can have a friend breed all 3 for me later anyway) so I don't have to wait 6 badges until I get a Gastly.
