One time use item at battle power you can buy with BP, gives any pokemon its hidden ability.

Breed it with Ditto for a female regular torchic and give it the item to it gets speedboost

Yep. The extra ATK won't really matter much in-game since Blaziken is already strong enough, but the extra SPD will help a lot in getting that first hit online.

Then again, if you're a competitionfag you wouldn't be using this particular torchic anyways because muh IVs.
