Been soft resetting all night for a shiny froakie. Idgaf about the nature, I just want a light blue frog.

Anyone else out there had any luck? Any tips?

Also some questions:
1. Does it show that the pokemon is shiny in the pokeball selection screen? (see img)
2. Does it show that the pokemon is shiny when you're giving it a nickname? (you can see it's gender... not sure if sprites show shiny-ness)
