I remember reading somewhere that you can encounter the Kanto starters in the wild later in the game. Is this true? Because I'm at the professor that lets you pick one of them right now and want to pick bulbasaur right now for me team but only if I know I can catch a charmander later. I don't want to miss out on my only chance to get one right now.
