I haven't really come here before, but I'm wondering if anyone here has Platinum, and could level up my Magneton into a Magnezone? He only needs like 300 Xp, so even just one battle in the first area of Mt. Coronet should be enough to put him up to level 31 and evolve him, and then you can trade him back to me.
