I'm really early, generally what badge timing can I first encounter Dragalge? Serebii shows names but I don't really know at what point in the game they are.

Also, it shows the same locations for Skrelp, so does that mean they both appear in the same area or that's just serebii just using lazy early info and I'm basically looking for Skrelp instead?

This is the first pokemon I've played since RBY.
(I mean, I dabbledin GS/BW but never finished either of them)

How many boutiques are in the first half of Lumiose city? I was told new items would be available at clothing shops when you defeat gym leaders, I got my first badge and the first boutique didn't add anything new.

When I got to Lumiose the only boutique I could find was the expensive one that kicks you out. Are there more options for clothing or do they become available after the second badge?
