Gastly, Haunter, or Gengar would be rad. And since I know it's a common question, Honedge is route 6. You gotta get into the tall grass by going to the mansion, then exiting back to the route through one of the side entrances. He's also sort of a rare find, so keep looking if you don't find him immediately.

Ghastly can be found in Frost Cavern, Haunter can be found on Route 14, Route 19, and in Victory Road.

By the way, Serebii's Pokedex already has most of the locations in it already, and is probably a good place to look.

go through the second cave, the one for ambrette town. when you keep going down eventually you'll reach a spot you have to jump over into a pit with stones on it. it took me forever to register that wasnt a dead end

For people wanting reset bags, just wait until one of your pokemon is all excited to train (jumping up and down in the team thing on the super training page, and has the smiley face), then beat the shit of of a blank bag, it will drop a punching bag like every 3 or 4 hits. Easy to get a reset bag that way.

Not exactly a "where" as much as a "how":

The pokedex says Venipede is found on Route 6, but I don't know what the little icon means. It's a sillouhette of a pokemon growling or something with an orange-ish background.

I've seen the icons for tall grass, fishing, and surfing, but not this one so far.

Talonflame's speed is 130(Crobat tier). Also it learns flare blitz and has Aerial Wing ability (prioritizes flying moves).
