Sylveon- Have Eevee know a Fairy move and max Amie stats
Espeon/Umbreon- Max happiness in day/night
Leafeon/Glaceon- Nobody has gotten them yet

Wrong. Sylveon has nothing to do with Amie.
Just level an Eevee that knows a fairy move.

I think they're on some route around 2/3 gym, you can actually catch them now.
