Which of the Kanto starters has the best Mega? I'm thinking of getting a Bulbasaur, since I chose Froakie and have a Fletchling, but I'm not against grabbing either of the others if they are better.

I only ask because the Y Charizard is hurt slightly by the weather nerf.

I'm biased but Bulbasaur is a bro, and Venusaur has always been the best of the 3 competitively.
