Gamefreak fucking nailed social gaming this time. I usually hate the idea of it, but this was wonderfully executed.

Every so often I hand out O-powers like candy to passers by from all over the world, and get a 'Nice' or a power in return. Helps me level them up to use on myself, and is generally a nice treat.

There's also some guy called Blue from Sweden who challenged me to a battle, and every so often we have a rematch. At least these O-powers aren't as shit to use as the Pass Powers in B/W/2

See this shit? This shit is fun. I was so glad that it was a battle between two people on their first journey through Kalos and not some computer generated or selectively bred super Pokémon.
Shame it will only last about a week.

O-Powers are fun. I give out Bargaining Powers almost exclusively so I can buy Vitamins cheaper by upgrading it.
New GTS is excellent, doesn't seem to be swimming in ridiculous trades. Yet.
Wonder Trade a shit. I gave a Timid female Heliptile and got a shitty unnicknamed Pikachu.
Battles are ok, I guess. I only did one when I just started, shit all over some guy with my Vivillon.

Prize Money powers are my thing. Level it up on others, then use it myself when a gym leader/certain trainer type is due for a battle.

What is it that people don't understand about "Random trading"?

"I put a valuable pokemon in therefore I deserve to randomly get something good"

Just feel good about giving someone a decent pokemon.
