Is there a way to change the nature / Ability of a pokemon? I keep catching Goomys and I finally got the nature I wanted (Sassy) but it doesn't have the right ability, it's got Sap Sipper.

it's the most expensive BP item, if I'm not wrong.
I've not gotten there myself though so I'm not sure how long exactly it takes.

It's mostly useless for most mons because you can't access hidden ability which is usually the one worth taking.

What's a good nature on Goodra? I was tempted to just go neutral on it when I looked at the base stats.

I can't, but an NPC in the end of route 14 I believe references how some pokémon now evolve while it's raining, so I'd trust Serebii.
