How can Helioptile be so fucking rare? What the actual fuck? I'm not asking much, I just want a Helioptile with Dry Skin and an acceptable nature (=one that doesn't lower its Speed or Special Attack). That's all, but I can hardly even find Helioptile. I'm riding with that Rhyhorn and about 1/50 of the Pokemon I encounter are Helioptile, with the last one I caught being Impish and having Sand Veil so I ditched it. GTS offers no help since everyone wants starters in exchange for their Pokemon.
