After learning that in wifi battles all IVs are put at 31 for balance I regret not resetting for a Timid Froakie
hopefully a mixed set is viable in whatever tier it's in because I got Hasty

breed now and trade the babies for other starters/hard to find pokemon. You can have end game pokemon right from the start
