When does this guy learn a fairy move that isnt Fairy Wind? I'm ready to trade him but I want to make sure he has a good moveset now in case he doesn't learn anything post-evolution. Also, general move inquiries thread, in case anyone else needs to ask when Pokemon learn moves, or if they even can.
