There must've been a dozen of these kind of threads in the past few days, but there's this one thing bothering me I just need to get off my chest at this point.

It's the new pokemons, or rather the lack of them. I'm sure this'll get a lot of "gr8 b8 m8" and "lol genwunner" replies, but anyone else just really hate how there's like only what, 60 new pokemons? Everytime a new Pokemon generation came out, discovering all the new pokemons was always the most exciting part of the experience. Now there's not that much to go around and frankly most of them are pretty shitty (except Clauncher which must be in my top 10 at this point). Feels like they focused a bit too much on the Mega Evolution stuff, which is alright, but a lot of better pokemons should've and deserved to get them. We didn't need mega evolutions for all the three gen 1 starters, and certainly not for Garchomp. Otherwise, X/Y feel like the perfect Pokemon games with all the new cool features.
