It's the EXP share's fault. The game is too easy, you have to fucking make the game hard for yourself if you want a challenge.

This game works interestingly. They give you the EXP Share early on and allow you to make the game really easy if you're a casual. However, it's really simple to make the game challenging for yourself by not using the Exp Share and not grinding levels. That's what I'm doing, and the game is a really fun challenge.

Never leveling your pokemon beyond the gym leaders strongest makes the game more challenging. If your team pokemon are getting too strong, replace member(s) with a box pokemon and level it up instead.

The game hasnt gotten easier, the players have gotten better.

I've been carrying around multiple pokemon types this game and I've been blazing through gyms because of it.

I didn't even use Bulbasaur once, and it's a Venusaur now.

I'm doing a Nuzlocke and I keep running into normal types and my Lady Pyroar is already in that slot, I don't need no more normals.

So I've got a level 40 Greninja and a level 40 Pyroar and a bunch of other stuff that's awful.

I'm sorry I used the Exp Share and I'm sorry I keep running into shitty Pokemon, I don't know what else to doooooooooo.
