If I knew I was going to end up actually using that random Scatterbug I left in my party, and knew it would get Hurricane, I would have tried to get a Compoundeyes one. But Shield Dust has been pretty sweet so far anyway. Dodging Fake Out is always amusing.

If it gets Sleep Powder, Vivillon's gonna wreck shit in the lower tiers. Grass types will also be wary about switching in for fear of Hurricane or Bug Buzz.

Compoundeyes Sleep Powder and Quiver Dance were the only thing that made Butterfree remotely good. Vivillon is basically Butterfree with pretty patterns, better stats, and Hurricane.
