So do you guys think this thing could be used as a sweeper, or in competitive battle at all? I don't think so, but my buddy says otherwise.

Of course it can, if it can paralyze, burn, sleep, sweep, provide wall support, and have a temporary SpA cripple with mystical fire

It can't function as anything BUT a sweeper, its typing and stat spread isn't conducive to anything else. How good of a sweeper it will be is up in the air, as long as it gets good attacking options and nasty plot it'll be fine.

Actually I take that back, Will-O-Wisp is good to have at least, and other shit maybe like Screens I guess. It'll hopefully be less shit than Victini.
