FOR THE LOVE OF GOODRA HELP!

Where does it rain in Gen VI after the 7th badge. It no longer rains in route 14 (the one with the haunted house). I don't want to continute to the next town without evolving sligoo but I've spent the last 5 hours trying to find out where rain is. Can anyone help

Nope doesn't work. Surely there must be a way to make it rain somewhere though.

I've seen people with Goodra's talk about their Goodra's today and when I ask them directly they don't respond on here. I tried asking on showdown but everyone on there is such a dick its impossible. I feel so desperate. Sligoo is my bro but I really want a Goodra ASAP.

Interesting. Maybe the rain comes back depending on the time of day? Or maybe it changes routes day by day? I wish I could help, I'm currently grinding my sliggoo to level 50.
