I maxed out all three of Eevee's aime attributes (such a pain), now I need to have him learn a fairy move? What's the easiest way to do this? Does he learn when while leveling up or do I need a TM?

I had two hearts in Amie when mine evolved. I think it might just be the fairy move.

I caught mine with Baby Doll Eyes and it wouldn't evolve until I did a bunch of shit in Amie

I don't think it has to be maxed, but I think 1-2 hearts is the minimum.

Had two hearts and Charm at level 29. Sylveon is really really good in-game. Moonblast is way too good
